The Wellington Runners Club, presents the 5th Annual Wellington Horse Country Ten Miler and Sebastian’s 5K. The race runs through Wellington’s equestrian and  aeronautical communities.  The money you raise will be used to provide hope and support to local kids and their families battling cancer. Collect donations from your friends, family and co-workers to support your efforts and to help us help them fight.

Course & Timing
The race will be  chip-timed by AccuChip. The ten mile course will have splits at the five mile  marker.

Charity
The Wellington Horse Country Ten Miler and  Sebastian’s 5K Walk/Run will  benefit the Kids Cancer Foundation of South  Florida, a non-profit charity whose mission is to provide hope and support to  local kids and families battling cancer. Sebastian’s 5K Walk/Run is for those walkers/runners who might not be up to a full ten mile run. This 5K is in  memory of Sebastian Sarmiento, a courageous Wellington 9-year-old boy who lost  his battle with cancer on January 30, 2009.
