Starting Wednesday, October 5th, we will meet at the track on the corner of 441 and Stribling at Emerald Cove Middle School.  We do a variety of speedwork to enhance our running abilities. Runners of all levels are invited. Warm ups begin at 6:15pm. So come on out and challenge yourself and enjoy an evening of camaraderie and footloose fun. 

"Togetherness" around Wellington- Courses of 4, 8.6. 10.9, 13-23 miles with
hydration stations about every 3 miles. All paces welcome, the more the merrier.
Meet at the Wellington Marketplace Plaza- NE corner of Wellington Trace and Greenview Shores  at 6:00 a.m. ready to run.
