Sunday Long Run

We meet at 6am every Sunday at the corner of Wellington Trace and Greenview Shores at the Marketplace Plaza (in front of the florist shop).

Wednesday Night Speedwork

Our FIRST Wednesday night back at Emerald Cove Middle School track will be Wednesday, September 18th at 6:30pm.   Until then, we will meet at Okeeheelee Park for speed work.

The track is on the corner of 441 and Stribling at Emerald Cove Middle School.  We do a variety of speedwork to enhance our running abilities. Runners of all levels are invited. Warm ups begin at 6:15pm. So come on out and challenge yourself and enjoy an evening of camaraderie and footloose fun.
